Encounter God through our Ministries

Lifecity Community

Lifecity is a rich and diverse congregation that is both multicultural and multigenerational.

Our people are real and seek to live out their faith in a very real way. We love to have fun and connect so at Lifecity we intentionally create environments and opportunities for the crowd to become family.

Sundays are always impacting, and they set the platform for our everyday.

We love good music and are passionate about great worship so when you come, expect to walk into an atmosphere where you will encounter Gods presence. Our messages are life applicable and rich with Biblical content which helps shapes our lives to be lived for the purpose of God.

We love to make room in our services for people to experience Gods presence through our worship, through ministry and through encouragement

You’ll love it here (saying). Where church becomes family

All about God, All about People

Connect Groups

Connect groups at Lifecity meet fortnightly in different locations around our city. We believe that these are the catalyst for people to connect with one another and to grow in God. These groups are welcoming, friendly, and are based around sharing a meal together discussion and prayer.

Everyone is welcome, so If you are keen to explore one, just let us know. There is something for everyone.

At Lifecity Kids, our heart is to give every child an authentic, fun and engaging learning experience where they hear the gospel and are given opportunities to explore a personal relationship with Jesus.

The Gospel Project for Kids curriculum forms the basis of our learning, a Christ-centered Bible study that follows a chronological timeline of Bible events, presenting the story of redemption through Jesus. Each week, these stories come to life through video, music and activities.

Lifecity Kids begins with large group time which includes singing, games, a story from the Bible and prayer, before kids head off into small groups for some discussions and activities. Small groups are made up of children aged 2½–preschool, years prep-3 and years 4-6.

Youth & Young Adults

Amplified Youth meet fortnightly during our Sunday morning service within the school terms as well as for other activities and events. More information can be located at our connect desk or contact jono@amplifiedyouth (info@newdaychurch.org.au)

Young Adults

Our young adults group meet regularly through our connect groups and other social events that are planned throughout the year. Everyone is welcome and will find it easy to connect.

International missions

We believe that everyone can make a difference. Daily we are confronted with the needs in our world, and we have a strong conviction that each of us can be a part of the solution. This is not just in our own city, but in the nations of the world.

Our focus is in Vietnam & Thailand supporting missionaries, sponsoring children and being involved in a range of social development projects that assist and empower these people groups.

Community Initiatives

Lifecity Church partners with a number of school chaplains from within our church community who provide pastoral care to students, families and staff in local schools. By supporting initiatives such as breakfast clubs, social skills programmes and special events, Lifecity enhances the vital service chaplains provide and builds bridges into the local community, sharing God’s love in a tangible and practical way.

Day of Difference

Day of Difference is a community initiative held annually where we partner with other like-minded community organisations and local businesses to bless a well-deserving school, charity or need within our community. These events have had a tremendous impact within our community and gives us an opportunity to give back to those who already serve our community so well.

Shed 27

Shed 27 is a community hub offering opportunities and experiences that identify, develop and foster untapped and undiscovered personal potential through relational positive interaction. Shed 27 brings together people of diverse cultural groups, ages and gender, all with differing life experiences. The volunteers and leaders set a personal example of integrity in their approach to life and relationships, seeking to build trust with all involved. Shed 27 is a place devoid of negative influences.
